Virtual Vocations Inc

Managing estimating responsibilities for designated territories, the full-time Estimator II will develop accurate material takeoffs, calculate pricing, and generate formal quotations while collaborating with sales representatives across the United States and Canada. Key responsibilities Prepares formal bids and quotations using the company's ERP system with accuracy and timeliness Gathers and analyzes market intelligence to develop competitive pricing strategies Tracks bid opportunities and manages workload to ensure timely delivery of estimates and proposals Required qualifications High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree in Construction, Architecture, or a related field preferred 5-10 years of estimating experience in the Construction or Building Products industry required Proficiency in On-screen Takeoff and/or Bluebeam Revu for material takeoffs Strong understanding of the full product portfolio, particularly modified products Experience collaborating with sales and production teams to win large projects
