Secret Clearance. MUST be a U.S Citizen. MUST have a strong understanding of DOD financial operation. MUST have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint. Preferred Qualifications Experience in accounting. Experience with having knowledge with DAI system. Job Duties: Job Duties:Record and maintain financial obligations, invoices, reconciliations, and payment data in accounting systems.Process and review invoices, ensuring accuracy, completeness, proper certification, and timely payment.Maintain contract payment files, resolve discrepancies, and research payment or disbursement issues.Analyze aged obligations along with accounts payable and receivable balances to support financial oversight.Assist with customer order entry, provide financial information to internal and external stakeholders, and support audits.Prepare and update standard operating procedures, internal controls, and coordinate with government accounting and contracting staff.If you are a highly motivated individual with the ability to solve complex issues, take on new responsibilities, buildrelationshipsand think in unique and innovative ways, we are looking for you!
