Remote Business Development Manager for Crop Insurance Growth

HCC Global Financial Products

ProAg, a member of Tokio Marine HCC, seeks a Business Development Manager to recruit crop insurance agents in South Dakota or Iowa, and grow business with current producers. This is an individual contributor role requiring travel up to 70% and the ability to build strategic relationships across the eastern United States.

You will partner with leadership to identify agents who fit culture and profitability, pursue new opportunities through cold calling, networking and partnerships, and monitor
