Job Summary:
Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Medical Surgical (MS) on the general medical-surgical floor in Weatherford, TX. This role involves providing high-quality patient care within a dynamic hospital environment. The position requires a dedicated professional skilled in acute patient management, documentation, and patient safety protocols.

Job Details:

• Shift: Nights, 12 hours shifts
• Schedule: Work hours include weekend rotations with a minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid Texas RN license; BLS and ACLS certifications; 2+ years of hospital experience in Medical Surgical (MS) units; proficiency in Meditech documentation system; ability to perform IV initiation, Foley catheterization, dressing changes, and ADL patient care.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Meditech preferred; additional specialized certifications are a plus.
• Float: Float rotation may be required depending on staffing needs.
• Additional Information: The RN will be responsible for delivering comprehensive patient care ensuring safety and therapeutic environment. Clinical duties include patient assessments, bedside reporting, hour rounding, and service recovery. Uniform requirements include navy blue scrubs with hospital embroidery. Personal grooming must adhere to professional standards, including neat hair and clean, artificial-nail-free fingernails. Tattoos should be covered when possible, and visible piercings other than earrings are prohibited.
