Hiring for Warehouse Workers in Midland, TX

The Warehouse Worker will support the shipping and receiving department and assist the production team with assembling, sorting, and preparing parts for shipment.

Responsibilities include:

• Assemble Parts — Manually assembles components and satellite sub-assemblies.
• Material Sorting — Sorts and places materials on tables, racks, or bins.
• Hand Tools & Measuring — Uses hand tools, measuring devices, and test equipment.
• Cleaning & Packaging — Cleans finished parts and places them in protective bags or boxes.
• Box Handling — Packs, seals, and moves boxes throughout the facility.
• Small Parts Work — Picks up, moves, and sorts small components.
• General Duties — Performs additional tasks as assigned by management.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Midland, TX. The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
