Patient Cordinator / Medical Receptionist [Maternity Leave Coverage]

The RoleAs a Patient Coordinator / Medical Receptionist, you will play a vital role in managing patient interactions and administrative tasks at Chiropractic Care Center NW, PS Inc. You will ensure that our patients receive the highest level of care from the moment they walk through our doors.What You'll Do- Greet patients warmly and assist them with the check-in process.- Schedule appointments and manage the calendar for the chiropractic and Massage team.- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries in a timely manner.- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.- Process patient payments and manage billing inquiries.- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure smooth patient flow and communication.- Assist with insurance verification and pre-authorization processes.- Provide general administrative support as needed, including filing and data entry.What We're Looking For- Proven experience in a medical receptionist or administrative role. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.- Proficiency with office software and electronic health record systems.- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality._Ability to learn quickly.Nice to Have- Experience in a chiropractic or healthcare setting.- Familiarity with insurance processes and billing.- Bilingual skills are a plus.This is a full-time position for [maternity Leave Coverage] -Monday-Thursday 8:30-6:30 -1 Saturday morning 8:30-12:30 every 4 weeks-Friday only if covering other shift 8:30-4:30 We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and experiences to apply.
