As an Unarmed Security Officer in an aerospace and defense location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a controlled environment. This driving post includes operating a vehicle in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and work with integrity, reliability, agility, innovation, and teamwork.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors at an aerospace and defense billing operations location by carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office areas, entry points, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and verify visitor and contractor authorization in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response protocols.
• Prepare accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
