Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM Tue 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM Fri 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM Sat 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM Sun 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a healthcare manufacturing location. Respond to incidents, access concerns, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and notifying appropriate personnel. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, perimeter, parking areas, entrances, and restricted areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Monitor access points, verify credentials, maintain visitor and contractor logs, and support adherence to controlled-area entry requirements. Document incidents, observations, and daily activities accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts. Minimum Requirements: Have at least 6 months of security-related experience. A state, county, or city-issued security license is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. CPR and First Aid certification is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
