Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon: 06:00 PM - 12:00 AM Tue: 06:00 PM - 12:00 AM Wed: 06:00 PM - 12:00 AM Thur: 06:00 PM - 12:00 AM Fri: 06:00 PM - 12:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of banking areas, entrances, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and report unusual conditions or concerns to appropriate personnel. Complete required activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation in accordance with site and Allied Universal procedures. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Possess at least 5 years of security-related experience. A state, county, or city-issued security license is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
