As a Patrol Unarmed Officer, you will monitor and patrol a logistics location, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and vendors. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and respond to security-related concerns with professionalism. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $18.50 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon03:00 PM - 11:00 PMSun03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Conduct regular and random patrols of the logistics facility, warehouse areas, parking areas, access points, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and help to deter unauthorized access. Monitor access and egress activity for personnel, visitors, contractors, and delivery vehicles in accordance with site procedures. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate personnel as needed. Prepare clear and accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift handoff information in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
