Associate Procurement AgentThe Boeing Company Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for an Associate Level Procurement Agent (Level 2) to support the BGS-G Top Tier Spares Procurement team based out of Hazelwood, MO.This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options: Hazelwood, MO.Position Responsibilities:Integrates program, customer, product and in-service strategies into source selection, negotiation and contracting strategies. Negotiates pricing and contract terms and conditions.Prepares and executes negotiated contractual documents and binding agreements.Conducts risk, issues and opportunities management.Manages supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performance.Initiates and executes supplier improvement activities and integrates results into contracting strategies.This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. "US Person" includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):1+ years of experience working in Supply Chain1+ years of experience conducting supplier negotiations1+ years of experience managing supplier relationshipsPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):Bachelors Degree of higher1+ years of experience conducting terms and conditions negotiations1+ years of experience working with international suppliersHigh school diploma or GED and typically 3 or more years' related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
