This Level III facility provides obstetric and gynecologic services across inpatient and outpatient settings with established protocols to support continuous patient care delivery. The facility maintains the staffing and resources necessary to ensure coverage for the full scope of obstetric and gynecologic cases on-site. Clinical operations are structured in accordance with workflows supporting 24-hour call coverage across both settings.

The state provides abundant opportunities for outdoor recreation, with access to national lakeshores, state parks, and scenic natural landscapes. Clinicians will provide obstetric and gynecologic coverage through 24-hour call shifts across inpatient and outpatient settings at an on-site facility in Michigan. Clinical responsibilities encompass the full scope of obstetric and gynecologic care in both inpatient and outpatient environments during each designated coverage period. Call coverage is a required component of this assignment, and clinicians must maintain continuous on-site availability for all assigned cases.
