OB/GYN Physician Qualifications

• Board certification in OB/GYN required
• Active Michigan medical license required
• Minimum of 2 years of OB/GYN experience required
• Demonstrated experience with prenatal care, labor and delivery, vaginal deliveries, C-sections (cesarean deliveries), and VBAC care
• Cerner EHR experience preferred
• Current NPDB (National Practitioner Data Bank) report from the last 30 days required for presentation
• Local candidates required

OB/GYN Physician Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient OB/GYN clinic coverage and high-quality women's health care
• Manage prenatal visits, routine obstetric care, and follow-up appointments
• Perform and support vaginal deliveries, C-sections, and VBAC care as clinically appropriate
• Participate in weekday night call and 24-hour weekend call coverage
• Collaborate with nurse practitioners and the care team to support continuity of care
• Maintain clear communication and a patient-centered approach throughout clinic and call coverage
