Contracts Administrator

Supporting contract administration across multiple organizations, the full-time remote Contracts Administrator will manage the contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance with federal regulations while collaborating with various internal teams. Key responsibilities Coordinate Business Development activities, including NDAs and proposal compliance requirements Review contract awards for accuracy and administer modifications, ensuring alignment with internal systems Support contract closeout activities and identify opportunities for process improvements Required qualifications U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC) Bachelor's degree in business, finance, contracts, or related field preferred; relevant experience may substitute for degree At least 5 years of experience with federal government contracts and various contract types Working knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and federal contracting principles Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, and SharePoint
