Patient Engagement Specialist

To support a growing healthcare practice, the full-time Patient Engagement Specialist will reach out to at-risk patients to explain services, gather feedback, and schedule initial clinic visits while working remotely. Key responsibilities Manage patient engagement outcomes and achieve conversion targets while ensuring fiscal responsibility Foster relationships with patients and caregivers through compassionate communication and collaboration Educate patients on healthcare services and schedule appointments across multiple providers and locations Required qualifications Minimum 3+ years of experience in a healthcare, patient-facing role with a successful track record in patient engagement or sales Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field is strongly preferred Exceptional communication skills with a personable manner and strong phone etiquette Proficient in technology, including Excel and EHR/EMR platforms Basic understanding of medical appointment scheduling and excellent data-entry skills
