Level 1 experience desired, plus 3 years recent experience in OR and BLS. Staff will be expected to work in a variety of specialty areas. Total Joints, Ortho Spine, Gyn, and MIS required. Local travelers within 100 miles are not accepted at this facility.

Shift: 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM, 5 shifts per week, 40 scheduled hours.

Call policy: -6:30p-7a during the week -7a Sat through 7a Monday on the weekend -40 min response time -We have a rotating list for choosing Call. -The first 6 week schedule you will have 2-3 Calls (during the week) in the 6 week period -The next 6 week period you will have a weekend.

Compact or KY State License (required at time of submission) Locals: Not accepted within the following radiuses: Cath Lab RN, IR RN, and Radiology: 75 miles All Other Specialties: 100 miles At least 1 Reference Required at time of submission Candidates will float within hospital or to an affiliate hospital near by Return Staff Policy: Gone from all UK affiliated facilities for 6 months to return as traveler License Hits: University of Kentucky WILL NOT accept any licensure hits. If you are submitting a traveler with a license hit, the submission will be rejected. PLEASE READ: For this health system- we MUST know at time of submission if they have previously worked at this facility. This must be noted on the profile to check their eligibility for rehire. Rehire eligibility at UK is checked by HR every Friday and should this eligibility check come back as ineligible post-offer, your traveler may be cancelled. Please discuss with your traveler at time of submission and ensure they are aware. Modules: Modules are billable, average 6.5 hours and not included in NBO hours Modules are completed during orientation and annually, and vary by specialty
