Line Of Business Leader For Health Analytics, Research & Technology

ICF seeks a dynamic and highly effective Line Of Business (LOB) Leader for the Health Analytics, Research & Technology (HART) LOB. ICF is a $1.96 billion global consulting provider that works across a range of clients to make the world a better place through deep domain expertise, innovative thinking, and technology. This strategic management position is situated in one of the fastest growing and largest divisions within the company and focuses on addressing critical challenges at the intersection of health research, data, and technology with focused support on the health research ecosystem through research study support, data management, health IT services, measure development & evaluation, and the management & exchange of biomedical & health information.

Our experts provide practical and insightful intellectual leadership in the areas listed above, and technology-enabled solutions for the National Institutes for Health (NIH) and the Defense Health Agency (DHA), among others.

While this position can be anywhere in the continental US, it would be advantageous for the LOB leader to be in the DC metropolitan area where many of our clients and staff are located. Travel to client sites, ICF offices, and conferences will be required.

Basic Qualifications:

• 10+ years business leadership experience in professional services environment, including prior experience leading programs with 100+ FTE and successfully managing full project life cycles.
• 10+ years of experience leading a diverse health consulting business, primarily serving clients within HHS in particular NIH.
• 10+ years of demonstrated success in managing budgets and allocating resources, revenue growth-oriented roles, and with established Federal relationships across domains leading to sustained revenue growth
• Experience developing strategic teaming relationships with potential partners—including small business partners, consultants, etc.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and foster partnership with business leadership, subject matter experts and external partners to help shape the business strategy, influence senior executives, and challenge the status-quo.
• At least a bachelor's degree.
• Ability to travel.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience working in a professional services/consulting firm.
• Master's degree, or Ph.D. in Public Health, with a health research focus.
