Content Strategy Lead
Our National Conversation
Our National Conversation (ONC) is a non-partisan media nonprofit comprised of student interns and volunteers. Our goal is Less Hate, More Debate . We aim to spread this message and get today's culture away from negativity, finger-pointing, rage-baiting, etc.
Within our group of 50 student interns/volunteers, our Editorial team consists of about 20 writers & editors. ONC is shifting its focus towards a more community-centered approach. This will be reflected in some of our articles, social media, etc. A Content Strategy Lead will help us with the following:
- Brainstorm ideas (i.e. implementing "how-to do xyz" in some of articles
- Assist writers with their usual work (e.g. style, skill progression)
- Assist the Managing Editor with leadership-type tasks
- May collaborate with the graphic design and/or social media team on implementing strategy beyond written articles
