We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) for a 13-week contract in Sacramento, California. This position provides physical therapy services in skilled nursing settings with 30 guaranteed hours per week.

The Physical Therapist must be available to work either a Sunday Thursday or Tuesday Saturday schedule and will be required to float between two assigned Skilled Nursing Facility locations.

• Provide physical therapy services within Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) settings.

• Deliver rehabilitation services to assigned skilled nursing patients.

• Support patients in achieving functional rehabilitation goals.

• Maintain appropriate physical therapy documentation for assigned patients.

• Float between two assigned SNF locations based on coverage and patient-care needs.

• Current, Active Physical Therapist License Required; Specific State Licensure Requirement Must Be Verified.

• Less Than 1 Year of Physical Therapist Experience Accepted Per Requisition.

• Ability to Work in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Setting Required.

• Availability for a Sunday Thursday or Tuesday Saturday Schedule Required.

• Ability to Float Between Two Assigned SNF Locations Required.
