Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Occupational Therapist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: 02/23/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Job Title: Occupational Therapist Location: Brookings, OR Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Contract, Day Shift, 13-week assignment Key Responsibilities Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care (LTC) setting. Conduct assessments to develop and implement personalized treatment plans. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care outcomes. Document patient progress and treatment interventions according to facility protocols. Support patients' functional independence during their recoveries. Required Qualifications Valid Occupational Therapist license in Oregon. Minimum of 6 months of recent experience working in SNF or LTC environments. Ability to workday shifts and adapt to a scheduled workload of approximately 32 hours per week. Strong clinical skills and patient-centered approach. Preferred Experience / Skills Prior experience covering maternity leave or short-term temporary assignments. Excellent communication and team collaboration skills. $2400 includes taxable hourly rate plus meals and lodging stipend.
