Physical Therapist (PT)

Job Description

Join a dynamic and supportive healthcare team as a Physical Therapist. This position involves providing high-quality rehabilitation services to patients with various medical conditions in a long-term acute care setting.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and develop personalized treatment plans based on individual needs.
Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' mobility, strength, and functionality.
Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding therapy goals and techniques.

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of experience in acute care settings preferred.
Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR), specifically ProTouch, is a plus.

Work Schedule

This position typically follows a Monday to Friday schedule, with approximately eight-hour shifts. One weekend day may be required each month.

Attire

Navy blue scrubs are required for this role.
