Management Trainee – Greentech RenewablesWe are actively seeking driven, growth-oriented, and sales-minded candidates to join our Management Training Program within the Commercial Solar Division at Greentech Renewables. As a leading B2B distributor, we support solar companies through logistics, procurement, and inventory management. Our Commercial Division provides comprehensive solutions for large-scale solar projects—including project management, warehouse management, logistics, financial services, and project design support. We act as a contractor's one-stop shop for end-to-end project support. Management Trainees are taught every aspect of the business in order to supervise their own multi-million-dollar location upon completion of the training. On-the-job training lasts for approximately 18-24 months and includes rotations in warehouse, counter sales, operations management, accounting, purchasing, account management, project management, inventory management, and business development. Throughout the program, trainees attend multiple sessions focused on solar products, sales, and management. While the position provides real on the job training, there is also online training related to solar PV, sales, and management. No prior industry experience is necessary, we give you the tools and training to prepare you to be successful within the company.
