This individual will be responsible for supporting the full‑cycle accounts payable process, ensuring vendor invoices are accurately matched, entered, and processed in a timely manner. The role will partner closely with procurement and purchasing teams to resolve invoice discrepancies, maintain accurate financial records, and support weekly payment processing activities. Additional responsibilities include managing the AP inbox, handling incoming accounting mail, and maintaining documentation through scanning and filing.
