Position Summary The Client Support Specialist role at Buffalo Supply is detail-driven, structured, and highly collaborative. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, as accuracy and compliance with federal requirements are core responsibilities---not secondary tasks. In this role, you will work at the intersection of customer service, regulatory compliance, and operational execution. You will partner with the customer support teams and sales representatives of our manufacturing partners, federal healthcare facilities, and internal teams to ensure orders, documentation, and communications are accurate, compliant, and complete.
