International Coordinator - Full Time

Office Location:

• 8451 Western Way, Jacksonville, FL 32256
• In-office position with limited remote opportunities

What You'll Be Responsible For: 

• Maintain dashboards and update systems in accordance with the Tender of Service and BVS 2.0
• Provide shipment updates and support a strong customer experience 
• Identify and resolve issues related to documentation and shipment delays 
• Review and process paperwork to ensure shipment accuracy 
• Support clearing, customer service and leadership with issue resolution 
• Assist with inbound customer calls related to delivery coordination 

Skills/Qualifications:

• Business or Transportation degree and/or 1 years' related experience preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Detail Orientated
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Ability to work in a fast paced and challenging environment
• Excellent communication and time management skill

Working Conditions:

• Standard schedule of 40-hours per week, Monday through Friday
• Primary work performed in a professional office setting at a designated workstation or desk
• Prolonged periods of sitting and computer use, including typing, data entry, and screen time
• Frequent interaction with team members, supervisors, and/or vendors via phone, email, and in-person meetings
• Climate-controlled environment with standard lighting and minimal physical labor
• Occasional lifting of office supplies or materials (generally under 25 lbs)
• Must be able to maintain focus and productivity in an open or shared office space
• Adherence to company policies regarding professional appearance, conduct, and punctuality
