Customer Service RepresentativeImmediate need for a talented Customer Service Representative. This is a 06+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Dallas, TX (Onsite). Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).Key Responsibilities:Provide outreach to members via phone to support care plan next steps, community or health plan resources, and address questions or concerns related to scheduling.Serve as the front-line support for various member and provider inquiries, explaining care plan procedures and protocols.Support member onboarding and day-to-day administrative duties, including sending welcome letters and educational materials.Document and maintain non-clinical member records to ensure compliance with state and regulatory requirements.Connect members to health plan and community resources to ensure high-quality customer care.Comply with all policies and standards while performing other duties as assignedKey Requirements and Technology Experience:A high school diploma or GED.1–2 years of related experience in a call center or customer service environment.Strong customer service skills with a focus on critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving abilities.Medicaid experience is highly desirable.Our client is a leading Healthcare Industry and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
