A registered nurse (RN) specializing in operating room (OR) procedures is sought for a position in South Charleston, West Virginia. The role involves providing circulator nursing services within a surgical unit. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.
Job Details
- Location: South Charleston, West Virginia
- Specialty: Operating Room (OR)
- Schedule: 10-hour days, with weekend and evening/night call required. Shift hours are from 7/13/2026, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Valid BLS (Basic Life Support) certification; minimum of 3 years of experience as an RN circulator, preferred; experience in general surgery, orthopedic, GYN, Urology, Ophthalmology, Vascular, and Plastic Surgery cases; driving license with address outside a 50-mile radius of the facility, included with submission.
- Additional Information: Rotational on-call requirements with a 30-minute response time; may be required to float to Endoscopy if not needed in Surgery; scrubs from surgery vending machine; orientation on the unit for 2-4 shifts; work with OR techs and Nursing Supervisor on duty 24/7. No self-scheduling allowed; employees may work together to determine call shifts.
