Cohort Start Dates & Specialties 2/9/2026 – Medical Surgical, Progressive Care/Step‑Down, ICU, Emergency Services (limited) TBD – same specialties What You Will Do Assess patient condition during admission and each shift, identifying and reporting changes. Perform procedures, monitoring, or other provider‑ordered functions; document care promptly. Administer prescribed medications; monitor therapeutic response, promptly notify provider of unintended reactions. Respond promptly to patient requests; anticipate and resolve needs proactively. Teach patients, families, caregivers about medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, side effects, and follow‑up; translate complex terminology. Qualifications BLS‑AHA provider card within 30 days of start. ACLS within 1 year of employment. Additional certifications possible during employment. Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing. Florida RN license or approved multistate RN license; compact license holders have 60 days after relocation. No previous experience needed. Some travel may be required for training.
