As a Security Officer Reception Concierge in Trenton, NJ , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Front Desk Officer at a respected financial institution location, you will be the welcoming first point of contact, helping to monitor access, assist visitors, and support daily security-related operations through clear communication and strong customer service. Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, front desk protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
• Monitor lobby and reception areas, assist with visitor check-in procedures, verify credentials, and document access activity in accordance with site policies.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency services when needed.
• Answer questions, direct employees and visitors to the appropriate destination, and support a professional front desk presence while following security-related procedures.
• Prepare reports on incidents, visitor activity, and daily front desk operations, and help to deter unauthorized access through attentive monitoring of entry points.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
