Plant Maintenance Manager: PLC & Automation Leader

Impact-Environmental-Group in Elgin, IL is seeking a skilled maintenance manager to ensure the efficient operation of plant manufacturing equipment. The ideal candidate will oversee maintenance processes, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and lead troubleshooting efforts. This role requires 5 to 10 years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably with plastics machinery, and a strong background in mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems maintenance.
