Janitorial Operations Supervisor – Houston

We are looking for a hands-on Operations Supervisor who is bilingual in English and Spanish to lead and support our commercial cleaning teams throughout the Houston area.

This is a field-based position for someone who can handle both the administrative side of operations and the day-to-day reality of commercial cleaning. You should be comfortable working with Excel, attendance records, basic payroll information and employee follow-up, but also willing to go to a job site, train a cleaner, inspect the work, solve a problem or help with the cleaning when the operation needs it.

What you will do:

• Supervise cleaning teams at different customer locations throughout Houston.
• Monitor employee attendance, clock-ins, punctuality and absences.
• Visit customer locations regularly to inspect cleaning quality and make sure work is being completed correctly.
• Train new cleaners on cleaning procedures, equipment, chemicals and customer requirements.
• Follow up on employee performance and company policies.
• Coordinate supplies and make sure each location has the materials needed to perform the service.
• Communicate staffing needs, employee changes and operational issues to management.
• Help coordinate special projects and deep-cleaning services.
• Maintain basic operational reports and work with Excel and other office tools.
• Review hours and information related to payroll.
• Respond to unexpected situations, including employee call-outs or customer requests.
• When necessary, work alongside the cleaning team to help complete a service.

This position is a good fit for you if:

• You have experience supervising people or coordinating field teams.
• You are organized and comfortable using Excel and basic computer tools.
• You know how to communicate clearly with employees and management.
• You are comfortable working in commercial cleaning environments.
• You are willing to physically help with cleaning when necessary.
• You can solve problems without needing constant supervision.
• You are dependable, punctual and comfortable moving between different locations throughout Houston.
• You have a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
• You are flexible with your schedule based on operational needs.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is required.

Schedule & Compensation

• $850 per week
• Full-time position
• 6 days per week with 1 day off
• Approximately 6–8 hours per day
• Schedule is based on operational needs and results
• Employee benefits
• Company vehicle and gas provided after successfully completing the training period
• Travel throughout the Houston area is required

Important: This is not an office-only supervisor position. We are looking for someone who can manage reports and administrative responsibilities, lead people in the field, and step in to support the cleaning operation when needed.
