We take pride in supporting our employees and customers with a strong team environment and opportunities for growth.The Position$17-20.61 HourlyWe’re looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused Administrative Service Advisor to support daily dealership operations and provide exceptional service to both customers and service team. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the service department runs efficiently by opening and managing work orders, assisting with warranty claims, updating customer and equipment records, and helping maintain accurate reports and files. This position also supports accounting and office functions, including preparing deposits, processing invoices, maintaining records, ordering office supplies, and distributing mail.In addition to administrative responsibilities, you will serve as a first point of contact for customers and visitors by answering phone calls, directing inquiries, and creating a positive customer experience.PurposeThe purpose of this role is to provide dependable administrative and customer support that helps keep dealership operations organized, efficient, and customer focused.
