Customer Experience Coordinator

Focused on building strong customer relationships, the full-time remote Customer Experience Coordinator will provide technical support, educational resources, and compassionate responses while managing inquiries across various channels. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via CRM platforms, assisting with product questions, troubleshooting, and order support Act as a voice for the customer by documenting feedback and identifying areas for improvement Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance the customer journey and resolve order issues Required Qualifications Exceptional written communication skills with a strong command of grammar Ability to quickly learn technical product details and explain them in customer-friendly language Experience with customer support platforms, preferably Gorgias or similar Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Experience or interest in outdoor sports and technical gear is a plus
