We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Temporary Customer Service & Administrative Coordinator. This pivotal role is dedicated to ensuring outstanding customer experiences and maintaining an efficient, well-organized office. You will be the first point of contact for many of our customers and a key support system for our internal operations.

Customer Service Coordinator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 17.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:30am to 05:00pm)

Key Responsibilities:

Exceptional Customer Service & Scheduling:

• Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, providing top-tier customer service.
• Efficiently schedule customer appointments and jobs, managing calendars and resources.
• Communicate arrival times, job updates, and important information to customers.
• Address customer questions, concerns, and inquiries with empathy and effectiveness.
• Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and project completion.
• Coordinate technicians and field staff with customers to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Actively engage with leads to convert inquiries into booked jobs, supporting business growth.

Customer Service Coordinator Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in data entry and standard office software.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and manage time in a dynamic environment.
• Proactive problem-solver with a strong work ethic.
