Licensed Practical Nurse LPN Assisted Living (Healthcare) Licensed Practical Nurse Opportunity at Heritage Park Commons Assisted Living! Evening shift, full-time! Paid on-call 1 weekend per month. As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) , you will have the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships by learning about the life stories of our residents and staff.
