Remote Leadership And Professional Development Facilitator

Lead high-impact virtual leadership and professional development programs for employees, managers, and senior leaders across the enterprise. This role is responsible for delivering engaging, scalable learning experiences that strengthen leadership capability, support organizational effectiveness, and drive meaningful participant outcomes through expert facilitation.

Requirements

• Significant experience facilitating virtual corporate leadership and professional development programs.
• Experience facilitating learning sessions for senior leaders and executive audiences.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams and Zoom for large-scale virtual training delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate leadership and professional development programs in virtual environments with professionalism, credibility, and strong learner engagement.
• Deliver high-volume learning experiences independently or in partnership with co-facilitators while maintaining program quality and consistency.
• Adapt facilitation techniques in real time to meet audience needs while preserving learning objectives and program integrity.
• Create psychologically safe learning environments that encourage reflection, dialogue, participation, and practical application.
• Provide production support for virtual learning events and co-facilitated sessions.
• Partner with Learning & Organizational Development stakeholders to support continuous improvement of learning experiences.
• Incorporate participant feedback to enhance facilitation effectiveness and learner outcomes.
• Contribute facilitator insights that strengthen program design, delivery standards, and organizational learning practices.
