Key Responsibilities

• Perform repairs on a wide range of printers, including mobile/handheld devices and large-format printers.
• Troubleshoot product issues by reviewing customer complaints and identifying root causes of equipment failures.
• Conduct mechanical repairs, inspections, cleaning, testing, and final quality checks on customer products.
• Perform basic hand soldering as required during repair and service activities.
• Complete assigned repair tasks while meeting established productivity, quality, and turnaround time standards.
• Accurately document repair activities, including symptom codes, troubleshooting results, and reasons for parts replacement.
• Follow established work instructions, procedures, and repair processes.
• Conduct functional testing to verify product performance and repair effectiveness.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives through process enhancements, standardization efforts, and documentation updates.
• Analyze and resolve routine repair issues of limited complexity under direct supervision.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience
• High school diploma or equivalent vocational qualification
