Job Title: Supply Chain Analyst

Location: Plano, TX, 75023

Duration: 12 months Contract

Pay Scale: $27-35/hr "The compensation offered will be determined based on the candidate’s qualifications, relevant experience, geographic location, and other applicable factors, and will fall within the posted pay range"

Key Responsibilities/Requirements:

Please submit candidates w/ the following must-haves:

• Very detail oriented, strong follow up and organizing abilities.
• Forecasting & demand planning, root-cause analysis experience in Supply Chain - HM is flexible w/ years of experience (3 ~ 10 years)
• Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills (Knowledge of extensive macro programming is a big plus)
• Strong communication & collaborative skills, hard-working, flexible to work OT as needed
• Need to learn quickly the complicated manual Excel data
• Education Requirement: Bachelor’s or greater
• Please note that this position is not a purely temporary contract. HM’s intention is to bring on a candidate who is able to stay long term for several years. He will extend the worker beyond initial assignment duration.
• This position will focus on all operational activities that occur with several major National Retail customers.

Responsibilities include:

• Demand Forecasting, Customer process identification and improvement, Root Cause analysis, Sales trend analysis.
• Activities have a direct impact on both sales' revenue and profitability within the assigned account. This position will also maintain strong relationships with customers as well as with Client Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing, Order Management, Logistics and so on.
• Duties & Responsibilities:
• Weekly Demand Forecasting and updating in systems
• Sales Trend Reporting
• Ensure orders are shipped in a timely manner to meet the customers requested delivery date
• Conduct Root Cause analysis
• Managing and resolving matters related to Orders, shipping and delivery
• Process Improvement, Sell Through Analysis (Customer), Sales Forecast to Actual Sales Analysis
• KPI (Baseline Improvement)
• Use of supply chain system for order management and reporting

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
• 3~10 years related professional experience in Supply Chain and/or Operations
• Forecasting / Demand Planning with retail experience preferred.
• Experience in working directly with customers and maintaining positive relationships
• Proficiency with Advanced Excel data functions including advanced formulas.
• Self-starter with strong focus on exceeding customer satisfaction goals
• Must be comfortable working in a fast paced multi-cultural environment
• SAP/BW/BI Experience also a plus
