Dermatology Opportunity in Plano, TX

You've built your training-now step into a high-demand outpatient Dermatology practice where your schedule, pace, and areas of focus can be tailored over time. This is a Dermatologist role designed for physicians who want strong support, zero call, and the ability to shape a long-term patient panel. Practice Overview

• You'll join a busy outpatient Dermatology clinic with strong adult and pediatric demand and a commercial-heavy payer mix
• 2:1 dedicated MA/scribe support plus 3 dedicated exam/procedure rooms assigned to you
• No midlevel supervision required; collaboration available with an on-staff Mohs surgeon
• Build your mix over time: medical derm plus optional excisions/flaps/grafts and cosmetics (PRP, microneedling, neurotoxins/fillers, peels)

Schedule

• 4 clinical days per week plus 1 administrative day/half-day
• Clinic hours: 8:00 AM-4:30 PM with a 12:00 PM-1:00 PM lunch
• Target 35-42 patients/day with a gradual ramp; autonomy to adjust volume as you prefer
• No call responsibilities and no weekends required for call coverage

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary guarantee up to $400k depending on experience (guarantee runs through the remainder of your start year plus one full calendar year)
• Tiered net collections model after guarantee: 40% up to $800K, 45% $800K-$1.25M, 50% above $1.25M (medical and cosmetic collections count together)
• Malpractice included; comprehensive health/vision/dental and 401(k) available
• PTO: 6 weeks during guarantee period, then no cap once on production; CME allowance of $2,500 annually

Candidate Requirements

• MD/DO with Board Eligible or Board Certified status in Dermatology
• Open to new grads and experienced physicians
• Comfort with outpatient medical dermatology; surgical and cosmetic interest can be built at your pace
• No visa sponsorship available
