We are a well-established medical and cosmetic dermatology private practice seeking a friendly, professional, and reliable Medical Receptionist to join our Front Desk team. Our practice is fast-paced, team-oriented, and focused on providing exceptional patient care and customer service. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome patients in a professional and friendly manner
• Schedule appointments and manage provider schedules
• Check patients in and out efficiently and accurately
• Answer and manage incoming and outgoing phone calls
• Obtain and verify patient demographic and insurance information
• Collect copays, outstanding balances, and product purchases
• Maintain accurate patient records in the electronic medical record
• Communicate effectively with providers, medical assistants, and administrative staff
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive patient experience

Qualifications

• Experience in a medical office preferred, but not required
• Dermatology experience preferred, but not required
• Experience with EHR/EMR systems (ModMed/EMA preferred)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Team player with a positive attitude

Job Details

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Saturdays as needed
