What this job involves: As a Maintenance Technician on our dynamic facilities team, you'll be the technical backbone of building operations. Your expertise will keep critical HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems running at peak performance while delivering exceptional service to our clients. This hands-on role maximizes your "wrench time" – focusing on direct equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work that keeps facilities operating seamlessly. You'll contribute to JLL's reputation for operational excellence by ensuring building systems function reliably and efficiently, directly impacting tenant satisfaction and property value.
