Software Product Manager (Fully Remote)

This position leads the continued development and commercialization of LeoLabs' SDA software product. You will sit at the intersection of customers, product strategy, engineering, and business objectives. What You'll Do: Own the product and business strategy, including vision, roadmap, positioning, and execution. Work directly with customers to identify unmet needs and translate mission problems into clear product direction. Partner with Engineering and cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle. What We're Looking For: 5+ years of product management experience with software, data, or highly technical products. Experience in space, aerospace, defense, or national-security environments. Strong business judgment and ability to connect product decisions to customer outcomes and revenue. Compensation and Benefits: Base salary range of $171,000–$194,000 plus bonus and equity.
