Quality Control Manager

Quality Control Manager (QCM)
Required Skills & Experience:
5+ years of true Quality Control Manager (QCM) experience on construction projects
Federal construction QC experience (USACE and/or NAVFAC strongly preferred)
OSHA 30 and OSHA 40 certifications
Ability to obtain base access (background check, direct access approval, "green light")
USACE QCM certification or ability to obtain
Hands-on QC experience (inspection, documentation, reporting) not safety-only
Working knowledge of federal, state, and OSHA regulations related to construction quality
Strong understanding of:
- Activity Hazard Analyses (AHA)
- Federal construction quality standards & specifications
Experience performing and documenting:
- Daily inspections
- QC reports
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Direct experience supporting NAVFAC or U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) projects
- First Aid / CPR certification
- EMT training (3040 hours)
- Additional safety or federal construction training
- Experience working closely with Superintendents on federal sites
