Facility Manager, (FM)

Description

The Facility Manager is responsible for the management and operation of their assigned home may it be ICF/DDH/DDN/Community Care. This includes scheduling and supervising all staff. Ensures the purchase of supplies as needed, implements and documents training programs, maintains a program of instruction in living skills, and serves as a liaison between their assigned home and others.

ICF or Community Care experience is preferred.

Duties:

Manage the daily operations of an assigned ICF/DD-H, ICF/DD-N, or Community Care home
Recruit, schedule, supervise, and support direct care staff
Foster a positive team culture through coaching, mentorship, and ongoing training
Ensure residents receive high-quality, person-centered care and services
Coordinate and document staff training programs to maintain regulatory compliance
Oversee household purchasing, inventory management, and operational needs
Support residents in developing independent living and life skills
Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation
Partner with administrators, families, healthcare professionals, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality services
Monitor home operations to promote a safe, clean, and supportive living environment

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in an ICF/DD, developmental disabilities, healthcare, or Community Care setting
Previous supervisory or leadership experience
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Passion for serving individuals with developmental disabilities and helping them achieve their goals
