Job Summary Kennesaw State University is now accepting applications for a full‑time, tenure‑track faculty position as Assistant Professor of Marketing and Professional Sales in the Department of Marketing and Professional Sales with a preferred start date of August 2027. This is a nine‑month contracted position and is for work to be performed in the state of Georgia. Responsibilities Teaching responsibilities may include a 3/2 teaching load in under‑graduate and graduate courses based on research and teaching qualifications. Teaching responsibilities for sales may include: Professional Selling, Sales Management, Applied Selling, Sales Technology, Foundations of Marketing, Introduction to Business and other emerging areas in Sales. Service to the Department/College/University/Profession is expected. Engaging in quality scholarly activities consistent with AACSB accreditation is expected. Teaching assignments will be based on earned degrees and SACSCOC Faculty Credentials Guidelines. Required Qualifications A Terminal/Doctorate degree, or the foreign equivalent, in Marketing, or a closely related discipline, is required at the time of hire. Preferred Qualifications 0 - 3 years experience.
