Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

Property & Casualty Licensed Insurance Producer (Service or Sales) Chandler, AZ

We are a State Farm agency in Chandler, AZ looking for an Arizona?licensed Property & Casualty insurance producer to join our small, focused team. This is a full?time, MondayFriday role / No Weekend Work / Paid Holidays / Paid Personal Time. You can expect to make between $45,000 - $60,000 a year in this job based on your knowledge and performance. We are looking for someone who is self?managed, confident on the phone, and comfortable with high?volume customer contact and rejection. An active AZ P&C license is required and we're only interviewing licensed candidates at this time. We are looking for someone who is interested in being the lead service person or a team member who would like to do both sales and service.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with a 30?minute lunch.

No weekend work.

Hybrid work?from?home may be possible at times, but not in the first year and should not be an expectation.

Your success and income will be measured by your results.

Compensation: expect to make between $45,000 - $60,000 a year in this job based on your knowledge and performance.

Pay dates: 5th and 20th of each month.

We do not currently offer health insurance or retirement plans. Longevity with the agency is rewarded with additional paid time off.

Above?average computer and phone skills are necessary, as your job requires you to email and communicate with potential customers consistently.
