ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency in 2016 and lead a growing team of two. Before becoming an agent, I spent 20 years in sales, and I bring that same energy, drive, and people-first mindset into our office every day. I attended the University of Michigan, and outside of work you'll usually find me staying active - I love pickleball, basketball, backpacking, and spending time with my four kids.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: Chris Burt - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
