ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency in 1990 and currently lead a team of 11. State Farm has been my career from the very beginning - I joined the company after college and have been passionate about helping customers and developing successful team members ever since. I'm the proud mother of six children, one of whom is also a State Farm agent, and outside of work you'll often find me cheering on a baseball game or spending time with my Yorkie puppy.

Giving back is an important part of who I am. I'm passionate about supporting autism awareness initiatives, veterans, women's empowerment programs, small business owners, and other organizations that help strengthen our local community.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: Tammy White - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
