We invest in our team's growth, offering opportunities to take on new challenges under stable leadership-because your success is our success!General Electrician - Residential ServicePay: $32.00 - $45.00 per hour, depending on experience Work Hours: 7:30am to 4:00pm | Monday to Friday | some overtime | flexible time off What We Provide: Use of company vehicle + gas cardCompany Uniform Company PhoneBoot ProgramTool Replacement ProgramBenefits: Medical insurancepaid vacationpaid holidays401K with company matchWhat You Will Be Doing: Perform electrical service, repair, and renovation work for residential and light commercial propertiesTroubleshoot electrical systems and identify effective repair solutionsInstall, maintain, and service backup power generatorsReplace and upgrade electrical distribution panels and related equipmentModify and enhance electrical circuits to meet current capacity and safety requirementsComplete electrical installations and repairs associated with HVAC equipment and controlsInstall whole-home and HVAC-integrated humidification systemsRoute and install new electrical wiring for water heaters, meter bases, disconnects, switchgear, and panel assembliesDeliver professional customer interactions and ensure a positive service experience on every projectMaintain high workmanship standards while completing assignments efficiently and within established timelinesWhat We Are Looking For: Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience working as a licensed or qualified electricianProven experience installing, servicing, and repairing generator systemsStrong background in residential electrical troubleshooting, maintenance, and new installationsExcellent interpersonal and customer service abilities, with the capacity to clearly explain electrical issues, recommended solutions, and repair optionsSkilled in evaluating equipment conditions and determining whether repair or replacement is the most appropriate course of actionThorough understanding of applicable state, local, and industry electrical safety regulations and codesAbility to interpret construction drawings, electrical plans, wiring diagrams, and technical schematicsMust possess accurate color vision to safely identify and work with color-coded electrical conductorsValid driver's license and insurable driving recordCandidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
