About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Technology & AI for the Americas and Chief Client Office. This senior executive role is pivotal in acting as the strategic technology and AI partner, ensuring that business strategy is effectively translated into technology and AI roadmaps. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping demand, driving decision-making, and maintaining delivery accountability within the technology and AI function. This includes executive technology and AI leadership, strategy-to-execution translation, enterprise alignment, and investment governance. The role also involves portfolio ownership, delivery oversight, and a strong focus on AI adoption and business transformation, with an emphasis on risk, resilience, and regulatory partnership. Candidates for this role at the company should possess a keen understanding of commercial acumen, technology and AI leadership, and a strong delivery and portfolio discipline. The ideal candidate will have a robust governance and reporting background, as well as a risk and regulatory mindset, particularly in the context of insurance.
